TISSUE PAPER WINDOW STARS

Okay, this post is a week overdue, but it's better late than never !  I'll get right to the point here (no pun intended).  Below are a few pictures from last week's funshop on "how to" make tissue paper stars.  You can print out the directions here: http://grandmassoapdish.com/tissuepaperstar0001.pdf

All you need is your choice of tissue paper, and some scissors, a ruler and glue sticks. Cut the tissue paper to size, fold, tack with a tiny dab of glue, and Voila !   You'll have gorgeous stars that look like stained glass when you have them up against the day light on a window or door.  If the sunshine is with you, so much the better !

So there you have it !  As you can see from the photos, we hung these on the windows during a rainstorm but you can still see how pretty the colors are.  When the sun is out, the shades of color are more pronounced.  Make them to match your rooms and you can enjoy window stars all over the house !  Enjoy !
